The breakfast at the restaurant was well-stocked and absolutely superb, with a lovely view. the location was beautiful, right beside the seaside, and only a short walk from a train station.

It offers incredible location and has active and best staff at the reception desk. The airport is 10 km away, easy to get to. A small double room has basic facilities you need.

The unit was well-appointed.

No reason to complain, the venue met required needs, recommend it. Really enjoyed the room in the executive wing with a view of the estuary, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel was set in a central area

The room did not live up to expectations and in no way resembled the website photo. the bathroom amenities were of poor quality and the service at breakfast was lacking. Although the location was convenient, with a quaint

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk from Fry Model Railway Museum.

The breakfast selection is great with bacon and self-service hot food available, there is also sparkling water; the location is stunning; the staff at the reception desk is incredibly courteous, and the rooms are air-conditioned 

Great spot for a holiday stay, with friendly staff at the front desk who are always willing to help out. the breakfast comes with a lovely view to enjoy 🌅.

Very impressed with small double room and patient staff at the reception desk. Stunning location for our visit to Balcarrick Golf Club not too far from the hotel.

The lobby and reception area at Grand were stunning. The breakfast variety was great and catered well to gluten-free diets. Although the room was a bit warm, the mattress was comfortable. I highly recommend 

Its location within walking distance of Saint Sylvester's Well was brilliant. Accommodating and efficient staff who were always there to help.

I loved incredible food.

The executive king room is recently refurbished, we also greatly enjoyed exceptional views. It is in favourable location to Talbot Botanic Gardens, set short walk from the hotel. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to airport.
